How do I join?

bugungisi is invite-only. You need an invite code from a friend who’s already a member; they can share it from their Companions tab. Enter it at sign-up, or later on the waitlist screen.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot your password?”. We’ll email you a 6-digit code; entering it takes you straight to a screen where you set a new password. Once it’s saved you’re signed in on that device, and every other device is signed out.

I signed up but never got the confirmation code

The sign-up email carries a 6-digit code. Check spam first; the app also has a “Resend the code” link. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. It happens straight away and there is no undo. Individual postcards you can delete any time. If you can’t get into the app, email support@bugungisi.com from your account address instead. A few things stay behind because they sit in other people’s data, such as their side of your chats; the Delete your account page lists exactly what goes and what stays.
