How do I join?

bugungisi is invite-only. You need an invite code from a friend who’s already a member; they can share it from their Companions tab. Enter it at sign-up, or later on the waitlist screen.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password”. We’ll email you a 6-digit code; entering it signs you in, and you can set a new password in Settings.

I signed up but never got the confirmation email

Check spam first. Still nothing? Email us and we’ll sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Everything goes at once and there is no undo. Individual postcards you can delete any time. If you can’t get into the app, email support@bugungisi.com from your account address instead. See our privacy page for what we store.
